How the Doorstep Details Valet Trash Service in Grand Rapids Works
We start by providing each unit in the community with a 13-gallon trash container. Once residents have filled their containers, they can place trash outside of their unit between the hours of 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to prepare the trash for pickup.
Our valet trash porters then retrieve trash while adhering to the set industry-standard schedule. Our porters will show up on the property from Sunday to Thursday between the hours of 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Upon arriving, porters collect the trash from all containers using leak-proof satchels. They then dispose of the trash in the community’s dumpsters or compactors on-site.
Immediately following the pickup and disposal of trash, our staff will clean around the trash disposal area and will conclude their visit with a “Doorstep Details Report” sent directly to the property’s management team.

This professional experience taught him the importance of precision, reliability, and customer satisfaction – values that he brings to every job today.

He considers himself blessed to be married to the most amazing woman he has ever met, and these strong family values influence everything he does professionally.
