We start our services by providing each unit with a 13-gallon container intended for collecting trash and pickup. Once the container is filled, residents can place it outside of their unit for pickup from our porters, who will visit the community and collect all trash between the hours of 6 p.m. to 8 p.m, Sunday through Thursday, depending on the community’s local schedule.
Our employees will use satchels that are leak-proof to collect the trash. We’ll then dispose of all collected trash in the community’s compactors or dumpsters. Our staff will then clean the area if necessary, and send a “Doorstep Details Report” for property managers to review.
